- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Secretarial and/or Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and excel
- Excellent Communication Skills
Relevant office or administrative work experience is desirable.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Organizing and servicing meetings
- Managing the database
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
