DRINK UP PUB N GRILL
Drink Up Pub n Grill is a newly opened bar in Kaunda Square Stage II. We are urgently looking for an honest and hardworking Bar Lady who will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers. The purpose of this position is to interact with the customers and ensure they have a great experience at the BAR.
Location: Kaunda Square Stage II
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
- Keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts.
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
- Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent customer experience
- Perform Other duties as and when assigned by management.
PREREQUISITES:
- Must be resident in Kaunda Square II or surrounding neighborhood
- Must be able to accurately record sales transactions and balance up stock counts.
- Good personality and Positive interpersonal skills required.
- Must be hard working and honest
EDUCATION:
- Should be able to do basic maths calculations and to read and write.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous bartending experience will be added advantage.
