DUTIES OF THE HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISOR
- to supervise all the house keepers
- To check all the rooms and making sure that they have been cleaned according to the organisation policy
- to supervise also the gardeners
- writing weekly reports to management
- working closely with maitenance team by making sure that all the rooms’ fittings are in working conditions
Qualifications:
- a minimum of a certificate/ Diploma in general hospitality
- Two years or more work experience in similar position in hospitality industry is a must.
- grade 12 certificate is a must.

DUTIES OF A CHEF
- to prepare both local and international cuisines
- able to prepare all types of salads
- able to bake assorted food stuffs
- able to prepare for workshops meals
- able to do both pastry and hotie
- able to do costing .
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate/ Diploma in food production
- Minimum of two years work experirnce in simlar position
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
