We are looking for a results driven retail Shop Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a proven success history in similar position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting sales targets
  • Training, motivating, mentoring staff, organizing shifts
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc.
  • Marketing: propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff and customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
  • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

DESIRABLE

  • Young graduated or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
  • Powerful leading skills and business orientation
  • Independent/proactive
  • Customer management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Extrovert, sociable, engaging, good outlook
