Job Description
- Should be able to formulate and implement marketing strategies
- Be able to oversee Sales and Marketing department’s operations
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth especially for outdoor advertising.
- Should be able to prepare Sales and Marketing budget and monitor expenses
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, such as coming up with new sites on outdoor advertisement.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies in outdoor advertising.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements
- Proven experience as marketing officer (Outdoor adverting) or similar role
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Should have a clean driving license and preferable manual driving.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field
