CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)

One would describe you as being highly articulate with strong technical accounting skills and the ability to find innovative client solutions whilst working autonomously as well as a member of the team.  You are deadline driven with a strong sense of urgency.

Main Purpose of the Role:

To ensure that the fund administration is undertaken accurately and within the set time constraints and provide support the various business areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Client flows
  • Processing of New client take-on
  • Processing of Transitions and Partial take-ons and take-offs
  • Performance checking/reporting
  • Client Cash Management
  • Cash management co-ordination/administration (including electronic banking)
  • Daily valuations/morning reporting
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Check and follow up on Bank/Scrip Recons
  • Procedure documentation review and maintenance
  • Management and performance of fee calculations, invoicing and processing of       payment
  • Monitoring of outsourced administration
  • Database management and updates

Qualification, Skills, and Experience required:

  • Bachelors  Degree in Marketing / or other  reelevant  Degree
  • 4-5 Years demonstrable experience within the financial services industry
  • Technical knowledge of finances, encompassing knowledge of performance and positioning of funds
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Proficient with MS Excel,MS world and powerpoint
