Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant X 5 – MH5

Location: Lusaka, Shibuyunji, Nangoma, Chibombo and Mumbwa

Description: this is a Sales and Marketing entry level position to be stationed an one of the above mentioned locations. The role includes coordinating sales and marketing activities at business unit level and corporate level where need arises.  It’s a full time permanent MH5 position with a hybrid reporting to the Purchasing & Supply Manager and the Marketing & Communications Manager under the leadership of the Chief Commercial Officer.

Job Description

1. Identifying and registering new customers.
2. Maintaining an updated customer register.
3. Conducting market research on rival products.
4. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
5. Working with the operations team to develop targeted sales strategies.
6. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
7. Maintaining client relations.
8. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
9. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
10. Managing all SBU operations

Qualification

1. Diploma or equivalent in any business field
2. Fluent in spoken and written English
3. No experience is required – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
4. Computer literate
