PIN (People in Need) an international NGO, invites competent and reputable contractors registered with the Republic of Zambia for the following construction works tender:
Lot I
| Rehabilitation works on 4 schools: 2 x 1×2 classroom blocks, 2 x 1×3 classroom block |
Lot II
| Construction of 4 double ventilated improved pit toilets |
Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from the PIN Office at Bumi House, Mwanawasa Road, North Western Province, Zambia between 9.00 a.m. 5.30 p.m. during working days before Wednesday, 13th May 2020 by 12:00 pm or upon request via email [email protected] or [email protected] Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
Sealed tender offers have to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office before closing date and time: Wednesday, 18th May 2020, 12:00 pm to following address: PIN Office at Bumi House, Solwezi, North Western Province, Zambia.
Please send Bill of quantities with filled in prices – a soft-copy in excel sheet and other copy in print out – in case of discrepancy between the two versions, PDF/printout prevails over excel sheet.
Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.
Sealed envelope with PIN address should be marked with the following text:
“Rehabilitation Works on Schools and Construction of VIP Toilets, DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 18th May 2020 12:00 PM”
Envelope opening session will be held on 18th May 2020 12:01 PM venue PIN Office at Bumi House, Solwezi, North Western Province, Zambia and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
