General Manager
Essential Duties
- You will report to the Director Operations
- Day to day smooth running of operations.
- Ensuring seamless operations of company
- Business development by vigorous promoting the company services
- Submitting reports to Directors reflecting transparent and accurate analysis of all departments
- Build and develop a high performing team through embedding performance development coaching
- Ensuring effective management of staff on a daily basis to ensure that control measure are followed and service delivery is always achieved in line with the company object
- Recommend and implement service enhancement strategies
- Meet client’s requirements and adhere to Arm Safety standard of operations.
- Maintain and Train the guards to the expected level.
- Ensure to main staffing levels at guard unit level and supervisory staff.
- Enforce the company code of conduct.
- To supervise the Project Managers on daily basis on the operational matters.
- To make sure all the Managers observe and carry out duties as required of them.
- Ensure strict supervision of all company fleet in the Region and report any defects or maintenance requirements needed for the fleet under your charge.
- Carry out vehicle inspections and make timely reports for routine maintenance or damage caused on any company vehicle.
- Carryout investigations and report to the Director Operation on the findings.
- Help conduct disciplinary hearing with collaboration with Human Resources Manager.
- Ensure your daily work plan to include, among other plans.
Qualifications
- Degree in Security Management or Business Administration
- 3 – 5 years relevant progressive Security management
- Strong consultative, analytical and business development skills
