United Gypsum Investments limited is looking for a talented, hard working and dynamic individual to join our versatile team at our Mine in Monze as a Plant electrical technician. Reporting to the Senior Electrical Technician.
Description
- Perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs to electrical power, motor, motor control circuits etc on the various plant machines by following all safety norms as applicable to the electrical field.
- Perform routine maintenance which includes but is not limited to the following: fault analysis, component replacements, alignments and calibration, repairs, installation of new control circuits, modification of existing instrument electrical systems as requested.
- Should have capacity and experience in Operating High voltage switch gears, 100KVA motors.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from government recognized institute.
- Minimum two (2) year experience in Electrical Engineering. Have had some previous electrical experience; preferably have worked in the mining industry.
- Good command of English and able to work in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Must be willing to work and stay on site.
