A reputable organization based in luanshya copperbelt province seeks to recruit the
Human Resource officer
- To provide support in various human resources functions, which include recruitment, inductions, health and safety.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures;
- Assist in the coordination of staff recruitment and selection;
- Assist Conduct training health and safety of employees;
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions;
- Co-ordinate termination process;
- Ensure HR records and documents are kept safe and up to date;
- Ensure employee personal information is captured correctly and up to date;
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions that comply with Zambian labour laws
- Provide monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Monitor and control employees leave, sick leave etc.
- Record and document any grievances lodged
Qualifications, education/knowledge/technical skills and experience.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Must be a member of ZIHRM;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;
- Ability to work independently within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Two years’ experience with traceable references.
