Manager Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry or similar role.
2. Proactive
3. Excellent verbal and communication skills
4. Good understanding of inventory management systems
5. Good leadership and problem solving skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft office
7. Good organizational and time management skills
The F & B manager will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant. Your duties will consist of but not be limited to:
1. ensuring the highest standard of all food and drinks, in adherence to food and safety regulations.
2. ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, and the ability to resolve any issues encountered
3. provide support in the development of restaurant policy and menu development
4. Order all food and drink supplies
5. Assist with all events
