Yalelo is looking for an intern to join the Procurement department to support in the smooth flow of work orders, materials and activities related to receiving , dispatching and updating internal database.
The Right Fit candidate will:
- Conduct research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Inspect stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
The Intern Must Have:
- Academic qualifications in Procurement.
- A member of ZIPS/CIPS will be an added advantage.
