Tender: INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO SUPPLY BEANS

Zambia Open Community Schools (ZOCS) is a vibrant and flagship organisation of Community Schools in Zambia since 1992 that empowers communities to provide quality basic education to OVC, especially girls and children with disabilities. Premised on the principle that every child has a “right to education”, ZOCS, through its three-pillar approach of Advocacy, Capacity Building and Service Delivery, has accomplished much for the children and people of Zambia, reaching out to 189,287 learners (93,507 Boys and 95 780 Girls) in 1085 demonstration Community Schools across 95 Districts in all the 10 provinces of Zambia.
ZOCS wishes to invite suppliers to submit proposals for the supply of BEANS TO BE DELIVERED in CHOMA as follows:
1. Supply of 1525 X 50KG of beans preferred Kabulangeti, Lusaka Beans or any indigenous beans variety which will be packaged in 50kg bags.
Mandatory requirements:
1. Company Profile with copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Copy of valid Tax clearance Certificate
3. Physical address and Official email address
4. Active Telephone and Cell Phone numbers
5. Provide 3 Business referees
6. Include detailed quotation
7. Valid ZPPA Certificate
8. 3 Months Bank Statement
TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL CAPABILITY
- Price should be competitive( comprehensive quotation provided )
- Competitive lead time( items to be required almost immediately)
- Experience of supplying to GRZ Departments and NGOs
- Flexible Payment Terms

Deadline of Submission of the expression of interest will be Friday the 26th June, 2020
Offers must be deposited in the Tender Box at the above stated address at or before the 26th of June, 2020 till 15.30Hours.
Bids shall be opened immediately after tender closing in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. The tender opening will take place On the 26th June at 16.00hrs. in the ZOCS conference (20 Tito Road, Rhodes Park, Lusaka, Tel: + 260-1-253841/43 )
ZOCS will exercise the right to chose the Supplier based on Value for Money principles and will not bind itself to accept the lowest or highest price.
