  • Checking in and checking out guests
  • Able to use Microsoft excel and Microsoft word
  • Maintaning store rooms.
  • Secretarial tasks e.g typing, printing,scanning etc.
  • Resolving guest issues in timely manner
  • End of day reporting of front desk activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 certificate (15 points or better)
  • Diploma in hospitality, business, marketing or any admin related course
