1. Production & Supply Planner - (1 position) Re-advertised
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Supply Planner to efficiently coordinate production schedules and manage the supply chain to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing plans that optimize production output, maintain inventory levels, and support timely product delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Track daily production output and analyze data to identify process improvements
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent delays
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Utilize Excel to create comprehensive reports, forecasts, and inventory management systems
- Conduct regular analysis of supply chain performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow

Minimum Requirements-Qualifications, Experience and Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis functions and tools
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools is an advantage.
2. Driver Sales Marketing Kitwe & Ndola (5 positions)
Job Overview
Driver Sales Marketing will be responsible for promotion of products, generating sales leads, and building relationships with customers in designated territories.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote company products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide product demos and training to customers.
- Submit sales reports and updates regularly.
Minimum Requirements - Education, Experience and Skills
- Grade 12 Certificate
- C1 or CE valid driver's license
- 2 - 4 years of sales experience in manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and marketing strategies.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
3.Data Entry Clerk (5 positions)
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Review and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing digital and physical records as needed.

4. Milling Supervisor / Operator (1 position) Re-advertised
Job Overview
To oversee and operate milling equipment in production. This role combines hands-on machine operation with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring optimal machine performance, safety compliance, and job site efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate milling machines to remove pavement, metal, or other materials according to job specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and safety.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on milling equipment.
- Ensure equipment is operated efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
- Oversee milling crew members and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with other site supervisors or departments to align with overall project goals.

5. Field Supervisor – Formal Trade Kitwe & Ndola (5 positions)
Job Overview
The Field Supervisor – Formal Trade will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Store Managers in assigned territories. The role involves supervising and supporting field merchandisers, driving sales, ensuring brand visibility, and achieving profitability targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving sales and revenue targets in assigned stores/territory.
- Network with trade personnel to identify and address specific needs and report timely to the Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Store Managers to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Act as the liaison between Store Managers and internal teams (Merchandisers), ensuring client requirements are met.
- Identify key placement spots in-store to maximize visibility and product movement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assigned outlets.
- Collect and provide sales data, trends, and competitor insights to the Sales Manager.
- Execute approved sales and marketing strategies at store level.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standards.
- Liaise with Category Managers and the National Key Account Manager on execution of strategies for new products.
- Stay updated with internal and external developments, suggesting innovative ways to uncrease sales and revenue.
- Conduct regular daily store visits and provide updates to the Manager.
- Take a proactive approach to account management, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions.
- Review and evaluate merchandisers’ performance using the Score Card system
Minimum Requirements - Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, field supervision, formal trade, or key accounts management (preferably in FMCG/retail).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence trade partners.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and recommend actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate field teams effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to prepare and present accurate reports.
