Introduction
Pact, a non-profit organization headquartered in Washington, DC, is implementing the Zambia Integrated Health Activity. The Activity supports the State Department and PEPFAR objectives of 95/95/95 and provides both service delivery and technical assistance to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services. Zambia Integrated Health improves, sustains, and further integrates lifesaving HIV/AIDS and MNCH services at both the health facility and community levels ensuring that client-centered, high-impact, high-quality services are accessible to all Zambians.
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit competitive offers to select a qualified vendor for the provision of comprehensive medical health insurance cover either through a licensed health insurance brokers or by directly engaging an insurance company for all Pact Zambia staff and their dependents located in Lusaka, Central, Copperbelt, and North-Western Provinces. The approximate number of staff to be insured are: 621 staff, 345 Spouses and 855 Children. Kindly refer to the RFQ details using the link below.
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – PROVISION OF MEDICAL HEALTH INSURANCE COVER FOR PACT ZAMBIA STAFF AND DEPENDENTS
Electronic submissions must be received no later than
September 28, 2025, 17:00 hrs. Zambian Standard Time, please reference the RFQ Number and RFQ Name in the e-mail subject line. Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel) to
procurement-integratedhealth@pactworld.org. Quotations should not contain any unnecessary promotional material or elaborate presentation formats (black and white are preferred). Vendors must not submit zipped files. Those pages requiring original manual signatures should be scanned and sent in PDF format as an email attachment.
- Quotes must contain a completed quote cover sheet (Attachment 1)
- Hard copy submissions will not be considered.
- Quotations received after the stated deadline or sent to a different address may be rejected.
- All quotations and delivery dates shall be valid for a period of at least 90 days from the submission deadline.
