Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of all units.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance and front office operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all apartments are clean, well-maintained and meet brand standards.
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and ensure smooth guest transitions.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and handle inquiries, complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure a personalized and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Manage inventory of furnishing, linen and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all property regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Maintain updated records of property documentation, insurance and safety certificates.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including 24-hour CCTV and access control systems.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance and security staff.
