We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and partners ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to enrollment and beyond.
You will manage communication, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist with enrollment targets while promoting the Academy’s programs both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partners.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Support enrollment targets by promoting Academy programs and services.
Follow up with leads generated through Facebook ads, community outreach, and referrals.
Maintain accurate student and client records in the CRM system.
Assist with event organization (open days, community workshops, graduation ceremonies).
Gather and analyze feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and administration teams to improve student engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
Social media management experience is an added advantage.
