KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all earth-moving equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and procurement of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and advice to operational teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably with earthmoving or heavy equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications.
