IT Technician Wanted
We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT/Admin department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting our network infrastructure, CCTV systems etc.
Key Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
● Design, install, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras and recording equipment
● Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
● Provide technical support to staff and clients on IT-related issues
● Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems and equipment
● Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless IT operations
Requirements:
● Diploma or degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or related field.
● 2+ years of experience in IT support, networking, CCTV, and electronics
● CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification (desirable).
● Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and architecture
● Experience with CCTV systems, including installation and configuration
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● Good communication and teamwork skills
Technical Skills:
● Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers, Firewalls
● CCTV: IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, surveillance systems
● Electronics: PC hardware, laptop repair, mobile device repair
