Who We Are Looking For
We invite expressions of interest from experienced and results-driven consultants in the following thematic areas:
- Sustainable Agriculture and Environment - promoting climate-resilient value chains, natural resource management and green innovation.
- Education and Communication - strengthening learning systems, capacity development and strategic communications for social impact.
- Mining and Engineering Solutions - providing technical expertise in mining, electrical and electronics engineering to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Cross-cutting Themes - integrating gender equality, youth empowerment and climate change adaptation across all our work.
Minimum Requirements
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Environmental Management, Agriculture, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in your area of expertise.
- Demonstrated technical competence in one or more of the following:
- Project design and management
- Policy and strategy development
- Baseline, midterm, and endline evaluations
- Quantitative and qualitative research
- Data analysis and reporting
- Capacity development and facilitation
- Proposal development and technical writing
