1.Injection Moulding Operators (Husky) x 3
Department: Production (Husky) - Beverages
Reporting to: Production Manager -Beverages
Location : Lusaka
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
ü Able to work independently.
ü Sets up and operates injection-moulding machines
ü Sets machine controls, regulating moulding temperature, volume of plastic.
ü moulding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and moulding procedures
ü Set the equipment based on blueprints or design directions of Injection moulding machine.
ü Monitor production to ensure quality during the process, and also clean and perform maintenance on the equipment.
ü +3 to 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing industry.
ü Must have a Diploma/Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Mechanical/ Engineering / Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.

2. Electrician x 3
Department : Production – Beverages
Reporting to: Production Manager – Beverages
Location : Lusaka
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
ü Will be responsible to ensure that all production equipment, infrastructure, fixtures and all other equipment is in good operating condition and well maintained in terms of electrical.
ü Installing electrical systems as and when required.
ü Maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting electrical control, wiring, lighting and other systems and equipment
ü Performing general electrical maintenance.
ü Testing and inspecting electrical systems and certifying their compliance
ü Able to work independently.
ü Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
ü Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
ü +4 year experience working as an Industrial Electrician in manufacturing industry.
ü Must have a Diploma in Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.

3. Machine Operators x 4
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
ü Able to work independently.
ü Sets up and operates production machineries
ü Sets machine controls, regulating moulding temperature, volume of plastic, moulding pressure and time.
ü Set the equipment based on blueprints or design directions.
ü Monitor production to ensure quality during the process, and also clean and perform maintenance on your equipment.
ü Setting up manufacturing equipment for daily use · Maintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safely.
ü Skilled in troubleshooting and setup reduction and able to anticipate potential machine breakdowns.
ü +3 to 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing industry.
ü Must have a Diploma/Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Mechanical/ Engineering / Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.

4.Blow Moulding Operators x 4
Department : Production - Beverages
Reporting to: Production Manager -Beverages
Location : Lusaka
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
ü Able to work independently.
ü Operate blow moulding machines to produce bottles according to production specifications and quality standards
ü Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output.
ü Set up and adjust machines, including moulds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
ü Closes chamber to mould product under heat and pressure.
ü +4 years to 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing industry.
ü Must have a Diploma/Certificate/Advanced Certificate in Mechanical/ Engineering / Electrical or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.

5. THREE-WHEELER MECHANIC X 1
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
Key Purpose:
· Supervise and perform maintenance, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles.
· Repair or replace worn parts
· Maintains records by recording service and repairs
· Ability to attend Road break downs (within Lusaka and outside Lusaka)
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in FMCG Workshop/Transport.
Qualification:
· Diploma or Certificate in Technical / Vocational Trade /Mechanic / Electronic or any -related field.
· FMCG background is an added advantage.
· Must have a Motorbike license
6. TYRE TECHNICIAN X 1
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
Key Purpose:
· Remove installs, repairs, maintains and fit tyres for all types of vehicles.
· Inspecting tires for wear and damage, repairing punctures, mounting and balancing tires, and performing wheel alignments.
· Keep accurate records of work done and materials used.
· Perform routine vehicle inspections.
· Maintain and clean tire equipment as part of preventive maintenance.
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in FMCG Workshop/Transport.
Qualification:
· Certificate in any -related field.
· FMCG background is an added advantage.
· Must have a Driver’s license
7. Lab Technicians x 3
Department: Quality – Dairy Plant
Reporting to: Plant Manager -Dairy
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
ü Able to work independently.
ü Maintaining Lab equipment and calibration of Lab equipment
ü Preparing standard solutions
ü Documentation (Record keeping)
ü Maintaining plant and personal Hygiene
ü Monitor & analyse package quality.
ü Control quality in blown bottles-sampling and testing according to incoming inspection protocols
ü Communicate any non-conformances to your immediate supervisor.
ü Ensure that non-conforming materials are segregated, identified and marked as per non-conforming material procedure.
ü Monitor & Analyse process and product quality
ü Control quality in syrup making-sampling and testing is done according to required sampling methods and testing protocols
ü Ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System, including Policies, work instructions, work aids etc. are complied with and participate in quality improvement projects
ü Maintain Safety, Health & Environment Standards
ü Must have a Diploma of Science in Laboratory Technology or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
8. Microbiologist x 1
Department: Quality – Dairy Plant
Reporting to: Plant Manager -Dairy
JOB SUMMARY/ DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
ü Able to work independently.
ü Monitors all process work like syrup Batch making C.S.D, Water Treatment (R.O system & soft water Plant) successfully.
ü Monitor’s line (PET, RGB & water Line) and Quality Analysis and associated testing.
ü Developing analytical methods, validation and verification of QA test methods to include proactively identifying and executing optimization improvements
ü Ensures all resources are used in most effective manner by closely monitoring losses, yields, rejections work center wise.
ü Operation of WTP and Automated CIP system, carbo cooler, Reverse Osmosis and other allied machineries.
ü Conduct Quality Audits from food safety, Hygiene, & validate with corrective actions.
ü Responsible for Pest control management & its validation.
ü Train the quality & production staff with Policies & Procedures, Standards & Practices related to Quality systems on continuous basis.
ü Ensures Laboratory Facilities and equipment are properly maintained in order to prevent testing delays and inaccurate test result. ( equipment calibration )
ü Monitors of all type sanitation with Auto C.I.P System & S.I.P
ü Monitors personal hygiene & GMP practices. & G.HK
ü All quality work complete in SAP (System application in data programming) System.
ü Responsible for all process activities complete within quality range & parameter.
ü TO maintain daily processing reports & record keeping.
ü System Knowledge: Food Safety, Internal Audit, FSSC 22000, AIB & Global Quality Audits.
ü Media preparation and micro sampling as per PepsiCo requirements.
ü Internal audits & food safety walk audits knowledge must.
ü Good laboratory practices awareness and lab equipment calibration & maintenances knowledge must be required.
ü Experience – 5 years food industry
ü Must have a Bachelor of Science in Microbiologist or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
