👨🍳 POSITION: CHEF
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to prepare Zambian local dishes, Indian cuisine, and a wide variety of continental meals.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and menu planning.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and high standards of food presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
🍽️ Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality meals according to the Masenga Farms standard.
- Manage the kitchen, stock levels, and overall hygiene.
- Assist with menu development and special events (braais, buffets, group bookings).
- Ensure consistency, freshness, and excellent food service for all guests.
- Support junior kitchen staff and maintain a professional work environment.
