Codirect is looking for a professional Operations Manager with solid experience in a logistics or courier company. We need someone who can strengthen our operations, improve dispatch efficiency, and support the growth of our rider and agent network.
✨ Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics/courier operations
Strong understanding of last-mile delivery
Ability to manage riders, agents, and dispatch processes
Good problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations at Codirect
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parcels
Recruit, train, and supervise riders & agents
Monitor routes, performance, and operational KPIs
Handle client issues and ensure service quality
Work with management to implement efficient systems
