· Recruit, train, and onboard Team Leaders and new sales agents.
· Set clear performance objectives and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
· Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance productivity.
· Motivate and engage the team through recognition programs and incentives.
· Drive salesfor life insurance products to individuals and groups.
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
· Prospect for new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
· Provide after-sales support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
· Monitor sales processes for compliance with industry standards.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
· Gather and communicate market feedback to inform product development.
· Identify opportunities for growth in new and existing markets.
· Qualification and Experience
· Grade 12 (or equivalent)
· Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· At least 2–3 years in insurance sales, with proven leadership experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to coach and motivate teams.
· Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory frameworks
· Valid driver’s license.
· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
