About the Role
We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer (Intern) to support our visual content production on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Social Media & Marketing Specialist and Marketing Specialist, you'll craft eye-catching assets that align with our high-energy campaigns. This role is perfect for a budding designer eager to build a portfolio while contributing to real-world impact. Twice-weekly in-office sessions in Lusaka, plus flexible remote tweaks. Help us turn scrolls into stakes!
Key Responsibilities
- Core Tasks: Design and edit banners, posters, Reels thumbnails, and social graphics using Canva or Photoshop.
- Collaboration: Attend briefings from the team; incorporate feedback within 24 hours; deliver 5-10 polished assets per week.
- Quality Control: Maintain brand consistency (Betta1 colors, fonts, guidelines); optimize for Facebook/Instagram (1080x1080) and website use.
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop; basic understanding of social media formats.
- Creative eye for vibrant, on-brand designs (e.g., sports/gaming themes).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with feedback loops.
- Based in Lusaka; access to transport for in-office days.
