Mary’s Meals Zambia is recruiting for a Programme Delivery Manager to provide technical leadership and oversight of our school feeding programme. The role supports day-to-day programme delivery, supervises School Feeding Managers, strengthens community engagement, and ensures high-quality data collection and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the programme delivery team
• Oversee end-to-end school feeding operations and expansion activities
• Strengthen community mobilisation and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure high-quality programme data, monitoring, and reporting
• Support planning, risk management, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in social sciences, business administration, logistics, or related field
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Solid experience working with community-based programmes
• High computer literacy and strong communication skills
