Grizzly Mining Limited invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Workshop Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise workshop and maintenance operations
- Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure availability and reliability of heavy-duty equipment
- Supervise workshop staff and enforce HSE standards
- Maintain maintenance records and control workshop costs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional membership is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenance
- At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Experience with:
- Liebherr R9100, R900, 700 Series
- Bell B50 & B40
- CAT 300 & 700 Series
Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of mining safety and maintenance standards
- Computer literacy
