Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify goods against waybills, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality, and report any damage or discrepancies.
- Coordinate vehicle entry and supervise orderly loading and offloading operations on site.
- Instruct handlers on proper loading, unloading, and handling methods to minimize damage and ensure compliance with FIFO principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Supervise on-site operational staff to ensure compliance with safety procedures and prevent workplace accidents.
- Monitor on-site delivery activities and address any irregularities to prevent theft or loss.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree or CIPS
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
