WE ARE HIRING: ACTIVATIONS EXECUTIVE (EXPERIENTIAL / BTL)

The Booth Marketing is looking for a high-performing Activations Executive to lead and execute best in class experiential and BTL campaigns across our client portfolio.
This role is ideal for a strong execution professional who can run activations end-to-end from planning and supplier coordination to on ground execution and post campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, experiential campaigns, and live events
• Manage activation timelines, budgets, and operational checklists
• Coordinate suppliers, promoters, venues, and logistics partners
• Supervise on-ground teams to ensure flawless execution and brand compliance
• Ensure all activations are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget
• Act as the primary on ground point of contact during activations
• Compile detailed post campaign reports, with insights and visuals
• Ensure accurate documentation and handover of activation assets
• Maintain strong internal communication with account, creative, and warehouse teams
Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in experiential marketing, BTL activations, or events
• Strong project coordination and execution skills
• Excellent report writing and documentation ability
• Proven experience managing suppliers, promoters, and on-ground teams
• Strong understanding of brand standards and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and extended hours during activations
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
