We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Care Representatives to attend to clients and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or in person in a professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and on time
• Provide clear information about company products and services
• Record customer interactions and maintain proper records
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
• Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintain a positive company image through excellent customer service
• Work closely with other team members to improve customer experience

Qualifications & Requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement)
• Certificate or training in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience in customer care, front desk, or client-facing roles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult clients
• Computer skills( Email, Excel, word, powerpoint)
• Honest, reliable, and well-organized
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
