We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our dynamic workforce.

Role Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for onboarding clients, assessing loan applications, managing repayments, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring high-quality customer relationships. This role demands someone who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about credit risk management and community finance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client mobilization and loan marketing activities.
Receive, screen, and process loan applications.
Perform credit assessments, affordability checks, and due diligence.
Prepare and analyze client appraisal reports.
Manage loan disbursements and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct field visits for business/household assessments.
Follow up on repayments, arrears, and overdue accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and financial education.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in Microfinance, Credit Assessment, or Collections is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with diverse clients.
High integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical values.
