Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales assistant to sale mobile accessories physically and online at our Mobile Connect Store in Chalala. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of proven experience in running phone and accessories businesses, mobile money, with strong skills in marketing and sales, including financial handling.
Qualifications
- Diploma in business management or Sales and Marketing
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience selling phone accessories in retail operations.
- MUST have strong interest in mobile devices, accessories, mobile money and market trends.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and financial transactions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Preferable Female
Reporting & Work Environment
· Reports directly to the Shop Owner/Director.
· Full-time position based in the Mobile Connect Shop, working from 08:00 to 1930.
· Dynamic retail environment requiring multitasking and customer engagement
