Job Summary
Ken Cla Security Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Executive Agents to support business growth through client acquisition, marketing initiatives, and relationship management. The role focuses on promoting our security services to residential communities, SMEs, and corporate offices, Goverment Offices, Mining and Farm lands Security ETC
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell security services (guarding, neighbourhood patrols, mobile patrols)
- Identify and acquire new clients within Kitwe and all the Towns across the country
- Conduct site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare basic client feedback
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven sales or marketing experience (security or services industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Knowledge of Many provinces in zambia is an added advantage
