Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily security operations and deployment of officers
• Supervise site supervisors and security personnel
• Plan duty rosters, inspections, and patrol schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Handle incident reports, investigations, and corrective actions
• Liaise with clients and management on operational matters
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff
• Maintain discipline, performance standards, and service quality
🔹 Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field
• Proven experience in security operations management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
• Security background (police, military, or private security experience) will be an added advantage
