Job Purpose: This position is responsible in Credit department for Alliance Finance Corporation

Limited

Department: AFCL-Credit

Level/ Band: L5

Key Responsibilities:  Providing information to customers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in

person.

 Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial

statements, and other financial information.

 Submit applications to credit manager.

 Request Dealer Approval Letters.

 Manage contract requests.

 Ensure contracts are signed.

 Confirm tracker and GPS installation and obtain the relevant certificates.

 Ensure client method of payment are confirmed.

 Close off all remaining requirements to ensure deals are finalized before month-

end.

 Ensure outstanding list items are followed up and closed timeously.

 Responsible for approval of Sales Orders.

 Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to

better meet customers' needs.

 Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them

 Updating and preparing daily application progress report.

Desired Profile:

 Must have Credit management exposure.

 Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Understanding of retail finance
