Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Strategy & Campaign Manager who will work directly with one or more OkayRelax clients. In this role, you will guide marketing efforts that drive engagement, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
This position combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on execution and coordination. You will help develop marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, support content creation, and ensure that marketing activities align with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business growth and revenue goals
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement with current customers and attract new ones
- Create structured marketing calendars that guide campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
- Monitor performance and recommend adjustments to improve results
Campaign Management
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
- Ensure campaign messaging remains consistent across platforms
- Support initiatives designed to generate inquiries, increase conversions, and strengthen customer relationships
- Track campaign performance and report on results
Customer Re-Engagement & Retention
- Identify opportunities to reconnect with past customers or inactive leads
- Assist with outreach campaigns designed to encourage repeat engagement
- Work with customer data to segment audiences and tailor messaging
- Support campaigns designed to increase repeat purchases, service upgrades, or additional offerings
Social Media Strategy & Oversight
- Provide strategic direction for social media content and campaigns
- Ensure content supports broader marketing priorities and promotions
- Coordinate repurposing content across multiple platforms, including short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Review analytics and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement
Content Creation & Content Coordination
- Create or assist with marketing content such as social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and promotional materials
- Draft marketing copy for campaigns, announcements, and outreach initiatives
- Work with designers, editors, or other team members when additional creative support is needed
- Repurpose existing content into new formats for different platforms
Marketing Coordination
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, or team members to align messaging
- Assist with implementing marketing tools, workflows, and automation processes when needed
Data & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing metrics such as engagement, leads, and conversions
- Prepare reports or summaries to help clients evaluate marketing performance
- Recommend improvements based on performance trends and data insights
Handling Confidential Information
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client data, marketing strategies, and internal documents
- Follow established processes to protect sensitive information and client business data
What You Need (Required)
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns tied to measurable outcomes
- Experience creating or coordinating marketing content for social media and email
- Understanding of social media strategy and digital marketing channels
- Experience with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Ability to analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work with overlap during US business hours
Nice to Have (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Experience working with service-based businesses or small business marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights
- Exposure to marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
- Experience coordinating short-form video or social media content strategies
- Background in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation campaigns
