Maxlin Enterprise Limited is a Private Company Specialized in Provision of Professional Commercial and Domestic Cleaning, Sanitary and Pest Control Services. The Company is seeking to employ 4 qualified Marketing Interns (2 Positions – Lusaka & 2 Positions – Kitwe). The Marketing Interns will support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns, conducting market research, strengthening brand visibility, and engaging customers across assigned regions.
The main duties of the successful candidate will include:
- Provide support to the marketing department
- Assist with executing the marketing strategies
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Perform market and client research
- Create reports on marketing performance
- Updating the customer data base
- Maintain a good customer relationship management.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
- Assist with social media and website content
- Attend trade shows and any company events
- Performing any other functions as requested for by the Supervisor.
The successful will be required to have the following qualifications:
1. Must have a Grade 12 Certificate (Including Mathematics and English)
2. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3. At least 1 year’ of proven experience in a similar role
4. Experience working in service-oriented industries is an added advantage.

- Excellent understanding of contract management and legal compliance.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
