Mechanics Lecturer
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanics Lecturer to deliver practical and theory
lessons in Automotive Engineering, support students in developing technical skills,
and help them prepare for the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging practical and theory lessons in Automotive Engineering.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate student records in line with TEVETA requirements.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
- Promote safety, discipline, and professional conduct in the workshop.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum Craft Certificate in Automotive Engineering (or higher).
- Teaching Methodology qualification OR willingness to undertake training.
- Strong technical knowledge in automotive systems, repair, and maintenance.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Desirable
- Diploma or higher in Automotive Engineering.
- Previous teaching or training experience.
- Familiarity with TEVETA requirements.
