Thorntree River Lodge, a safari destination nestled on the river banks of mighty Zambezi river in the Mosi-Oa Tunya National Park, is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to come on board and join our dynamic team in the capacity of Driver Cum Admin Assistant. Position : Driver Cum Administrative Assistant
Reporting to : Head of Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Management on staff runs and on any assignments which need to be carried out on a particular the day.
- Promote the ABC brand.
- Ensure assigned vehicle has been checked by the maintenance team and simultaneously report any issues to be attended to immediately.
- Ensure assigned vehicle is clean at all times
- Raise any issues with Management as and when they occur.
- Maintain the Camp Compliance register which shows all licences, permits and certificates required for the Camp to operate.
- Handle petty cash and ensure compliance with Camp Petty Cash Policy
Requirements:
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Valid Driver Licence (PSV)
- Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in a safari environment.
- High level of integrity
- Good communication skills
