ORDERS CO-ORDINATOR – MPONGWE FLOURMILL (X1)
The Skills Required for this role Include:
- Receiving and entering customer orders into the system accurately
- Verifying pricing, quantities, product codes, and customer details
- Confirming stock availability with warehouse/inventory team
- Updating customers on order status, delays, or backorders
- Handling order changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Generating invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents
- Ensuring orders comply with company policy and any regulatory requirements
- Investigating and resolve order discrepancies, damages, or short shipments
- Escalating issues that could impact delivery timelines
- Coordinating returns and replacements when needed
- Tracking order KPIs: on-time delivery, order accuracy, backlog
- Providing daily/weekly reports to management on order status
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 1–3 years in order processing, customer service, or admin roles
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving under pressure
The Required Attributes Include:
- Communication Skills: be able to communicate in an efficient and clear manner
- Problem-solving skills: able to resolve issues within the department
- Decision making: ability to make decisions
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution
- Basic inventory principles
- Customer service mindset
PROCUREMENT OFFICER – MPONGWE FLOURMILL (X1)
The Skills Required for this role Include:
- Receiving purchase requisitions from end-user departments.
- Assessing the supply market for products and services concerning price and quality.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
- Liaising with requesting departments to assist in defining specifications for requirements to the supplier.
- Processing purchase orders (in pastel) and submitting them to respective signatories for authorisation.
- Resolving value/quality discrepancies of the supplied items through formal supplier complaints and following up on feedback.
- Ensuring payment/prepayments (if terms require so) are done to suppliers.
- Checking GRNs to ensure they are correctly filled in.
- Chasing up with suppliers concerning shipment of items.
- Communicating with the weighbridge manager to ensure the value/volume of weighable items is appropriate.
- Maintaining purchasing records, reports, supplier databases, and price lists.
- Performs any other task assigned to him by his superior.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Must be a Member of ZIPS
The Required Attributes Include:

CANTEEN CHEF – MPONGWE FEEDMILL (01)
The Skills Required for this role Include:
- Ensure the foods supplied are of good quality and fit for human consumption
- Ensure that the canteen and the surrounding are clean
- Ensure that the food is properly cooked and served to employees on time so that they go back for work without wasting too much time
- Ensure that all the canteen staffs observe maximum cleanliness
- Ordering daily, weekly and month stock for the canteen
- Ensuring that documents provided are up to date
- Responsible for receiving of canteen food stuffs and required items.
- Ensuring that all meal portions and coupons are accounted for and aligned
- Ensure that the canteen doesn’t run out of food as a result of poor planning
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management & Catering Services
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar or related field.
The Required Attributes Include:
- Ability to use catering tool and able to cook for a lot of people Self-driven and accepting delegated duties
- Interacts with staff and management requiring tact and diplomacy
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Ability to use mathematical computations
