Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Actively identify and engage new clients, including individuals, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate organizations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and secure new business.
- Product Promotion: Promote a wide range of short-term insurance products, including motor, fire, engineering, liability, marine, aviation, and miscellaneous accident covers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Policy Servicing: Support clients in understanding, accessing, and updating their insurance coverage as their needs evolve.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Insurance, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
