About the role:
We are hiring experienced loan sales professionals with proven ability to originate payroll and salary-backed loans within Zambia’s government and formal employment sectors. This role is performance-intensive and suited for candidates who already understand payroll lending cycles, employer onboarding, and institutional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire payroll and salary-backed loan customers
- Conduct institutional activations and employer visits
- Drive monthly loan disbursement targets
- Support onboarding and verification processes
- Maintain strong customer retention and referral pipelines
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in:
- Microfinance
- Payroll lending
- Banking sales
- Loan origination
- Existing relationships within:
- Government institutions
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Formal employers
- are a major advantage
- Proven monthly disbursement performance history
- Strong understanding of payroll-based credit assessment
- Experience handling customer onboarding and KYC processes
Compensation:
