HOUSEKEEPER
We are looking for 2 hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join the Chipo’s Lux Apartments team. The ideal candidates should be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort while ensuring all apartments and common areas are well maintained and welcoming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean and maintain guest apartments, rooms, and common areas to high standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and restock guest supplies regularly
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene in all assigned areas
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items promptly
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials responsibly
• Ensure apartments are properly prepared before guest arrivals
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, reception areas, and outdoor surroundings
• Support laundry and housekeeping operations when required
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Deliver professional and respectful service to guests and staff at all times
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an added advantage
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and hygiene practices
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Honest, reliable, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
