Responsibilities
- Coordination of daily sales activities.
- Meet the sales target and ensuring that payments are collected from all the sign ups.
- Recruitment of direct sales agents in your markets.
- Submission of daily sales report to the sales coordinator.
- Ensuring GPON sign ups are submitted to the sales operation.
- Conduct product knowledge session with all the DSA’s in your team.
- Submission of detailed report of homes passed and connected in your assigned area against
- Plan and implement agreed weekly activities and sales activations/market storms
- Ensure new GPON signups are connected within set timelines to accelerate revenue generation
- Report installation delays and customer onboarding issues to the GPON coordinator
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales and distribution or similar role in a telecom industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages
