Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales forecasts
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned region
- Analyze sales and market trends to optimize performance
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national sales goals
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion within the assigned territory
- Expand distribution networks and product availability
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility
- Appoint and manage distributors
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales teams and promoters
- Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
- Degree in Marketing or Business Studies will be an added advantage
