We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will be strategic, persuasive, and highly motivated to achieve revenue and business expansion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance against targets.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Education
- Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.

Working Conditions
