Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights.
- Monitor market conditions and provide forecasts and recommendations.
- Support product development and business strategy with research findings.
- Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, and data collection tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support decision-making.
- Track competitor performance and market positioning.
- Present research findings to management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate research databases and documentation.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in market research, data analysis, business analysis, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
