We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Management Officer to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance management systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that employee and departmental performance aligns with organizational goals, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain performance management frameworks and systems.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor and evaluate employee and departmental performance against set targets.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with HR and departmental managers to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
- Facilitate training and guidance on performance management tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and performance standards.
- Contribute to the development of reward and recognition programs linked to performance outcomes.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in performance management, HR, organizational development, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing KPIs and performance evaluation systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HR systems, and reporting tools.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large organizations or multi-departmental environments.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and performance management software.
